Nicholle has been a licensed REALTOR since 1997.  Her specialties include residential real estate and relocations and she holds the professional designation of Certified Cendant Mobility Affinity.  In her specialty as a buyer’s agents she has proficiencies in a variety of areas.  Specializing in the Central Connecticut Market, she takes pride in the fact that she works, lives, and volunteers here as well.  She also has received the President’s Circle Award-Coldwell Banker and has been a member of the International Sterling Society-Coldwell Banker from 2005 until 2009.  Dagata was awarded the Local REALTOR of the Year from the Mid State Association in 2007.  In 2009 Nicholle was chosen by her peers and named Connecticut’s State REALTOR of the Year. 

 Dagata spent 2008 as Division Vice President for the Legislative/Political Affairs putting her at the forefront of the organization’s advocacy on behalf of members and the public at large.  She is a member of the REALTORS Political Action Committee (RPAC) and is a Connecticut Associations of Realtors Director as well as a National Association of Realtors Director. 

She has served on CAR’s Board of Directors and is now serving on the Issues Advocacy and Finance Committees.  She has also been a Past Director  of the Mid State Association of Realtors from 2002-2007 and served as Board President in 2005 and 2006.  She has been a top producer of the Mid State Association of Realtors from 2000 to Present.

 In addition to her Real Estate Responsibilities, she is active in her local PTO organization, New Britian’s TRIAD Committee which is a senior citizen outreach program, and volunteers her time at her son’s elementary school.
Dagata resides in Newington and is the proud parent of her son Jack.  Nicholle is a dynamo, working full time at her profession.  You will be hard pressed to find a REALTOR with a more enthusiastic or positive attitude.  Nicholle loves what she does and it shows!
