Home Buyer Tax Credit Extended and Expanded till April 2010!!!

As you may know the government has not only extended the first time home buyer tax credit, but they have also expanded it to include current homeowners.  The National Association of Realtors®  has compiled a comparison chart simplifying the requirements on  tax credit breakdown.  This is a fantastic move. By doing this the government realizes that home sales help drive the econony and its just the boost we need to keep the sales of homes going, and keep this country on track to an economic recovery.
